1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase from LYJA CORE Studio [registered business name]. By placing an order you agree to them. They do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012 or other Kenyan law.

2. Placing an order

This website is a catalogue. Orders are placed by messaging us on WhatsApp. Your order is accepted only when we confirm availability in the chat and receive your M-Pesa payment. Until then, items are not reserved.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include VAT where applicable [confirm VAT status].
Delivery is charged separately according to your zone and is confirmed in the chat before you pay.
Payment is by M-Pesa to the Till or Paybill number we share in the chat. Never pay to any other number.
If a price on the website is wrong, we will tell you before you pay; you may then cancel.

4. Availability

Our pieces are made in small batches. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will offer an alternative or a full refund to your M-Pesa number.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are listed on the Delivery & Returns page and start from payment confirmation. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any problem within 48 hours.

6. Returns and exchanges

You may return items within 7 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
Sale items are final sale.
Bras and swimwear must be returned with the hygiene liner intact.
Refunds are made to your M-Pesa number within [7] days of us receiving and checking the return. Original delivery charges are not refunded unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

7. Faulty items

If an item is faulty, contact us within [14] days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace or refund it, including delivery costs.

8. Product images

We try to show colours accurately, but screens differ. Small variations in colour are not a fault.

9. Liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law does not allow this limit.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction.
