Delivery & Returns
We deliver across Kenya. Delivery is added to your total in the WhatsApp chat and paid together via M-Pesa.

Times are counted from payment confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders confirmed after 3pm are dispatched the next working day. Prices may vary for very remote areas — we'll always confirm before you pay.
Returns
We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached.
- Message us on WhatsApp with your order details to start a return or exchange.
- Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund you via M-Pesa or arrange an exchange.
- Return delivery costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong piece.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- For hygiene reasons, bras and swimwear can only be returned with the hygiene liner intact.
